Shipping and Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on any skincare products due to hygienic issues. We do offer refund if product is damaged during shipping.

Since our products use no preservatives, additional chemicals or stabilizers, the consistency may change with temperature. We strongly recommend to add an ice pack to your order during hotter months. We can ship the products over night and with an ice pack at an additional cost.
